What you contribute
You keep whatever rights already exist in what you put into TFA — the notes you write, the questions you ask, the documents you upload. As between you and your employer, the service records and documents in TFA belong to your employer, and Nexera handles them on their instruction.
By uploading something you confirm you are allowed to. Do not add a manual, bulletin, or drawing that your organization is not licensed to hold and share internally.
A document you upload is visible to everyone at your dealer, not just to you, and it can be searched by any TFA user there. No other dealer can see it. Administrators and service managers at your dealer can withdraw a document from search and delete it.
Nexera needs permission to operate the service on this content: to store it, index it, display it back to authorised users at your dealer, and send the parts needed to answer a question to the AI provider described in the privacy policy. That permission exists for running and improving TFA and for nothing else. We do not sell it and we do not use it for advertising.
If you send us feedback or a suggestion, we may act on it without owing you anything for it. That is not a claim on your work — only on the idea you volunteered.
